Diagnostic Inspection + Repair

- Covers 90% of Call-outs

- Extra 30 min. - 35£ + VAT
You're experiencing the issue but uncertain of its cause. There's a breakdown, blockage, leak, or malfunction. Prior to proceeding with any additional work, inspection and fault finding are necessary.
Diagnostic Inspection - No Repair
60£ + VAT
- Refunded - Following Quote Approval
- Work with Tools is Required
- Complex Repair
- Additional Visit Necessary
- Free Quote and Advice
- Covers the initial 60 minutes
- Additional Charge - Any required Parts
Following the diagnostic inspection, if it's determined
that the Repair is More Complex, we will provide you with a Quote.
The initial charge will be deducted from the quote.
Emergencies

- Extra 30 min. - 45£ + VAT
The objective of the Emergency Call-out is to Secure the situation and Prevent any further Damage to the Property. Repairs will be Undertaken if Possible.
A booking fee of 75£ + VAT is required
You can pay the booking fee by Bank transfer or a Payment link can be sent by email.
The appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. The booking fee is non-refundable.
